I work solo, so I can afford to skip the theater. Stages are clear, dates are locked, everything happens in Telegram. If there's something to show — I send a preview. If not — I shut up and keep working.

rules of the game
- 50 / 50 — half upfront, half on delivery
- 2 rounds of revisions included — beyond that, hourly or bundled "support"
- 2 concepts at the identity stage — we refine one, no frankenstein-ing both
- No renegotiation of the core concept after approval — it's unfair to the project
- Direct contract as an independent freelancer, no agencies in between
- Won't take on crypto, gambling, MLM, AI-slop generators, aggressive marketing
why text, not calls
Text is async. A 2 p.m. call breaks the workday in half — a chat message I'll read when I surface from deep focus. Project velocity goes up. A focused call with an agenda — sure, 30 min max, but only when text can't.
